Desiccant Compressed Air Dryers

Blower Purge Desiccant Dryers

Experience superior performance and efficiency with our nano BP Series blower purge desiccant compressed air dryers. Engineered to remove water vapour from compressed air effectively, these dryers achieve a consistent pressure dew point as low as -40°C, ensuring clean, dry air for demanding applications. As your compressed air system expands, minimising purge air consumption becomes increasingly important. The BP blower purge desiccant dryer series is specifically designed to address this need, featuring a remarkably low purge. Rely on our dryers to deliver reliable, energy-efficient operation while meeting your evolving compressed air needs.

Features

Durable stainless steel butterfly valves with actuators ensure long-lasting, reliable performance and are built to withstand high regeneration air temperatures.

Uses ambient atmospheric air for regeneration, ensuring efficient operation. Built with rugged construction for durability and easy maintenance, with an optional air intake filter available for added protection.

Save even more energy with the zero purge option. The addition of a cooling loop in the blower circuit allows the dryer to cool the desiccant bed with ambient air without adding moisture to the bed in the process.  This eliminates the requirement for process air to be used saving compressor power and increasing the effective capacity of the system.
