Desiccant Compressed Air Dryers

Externally-Heated Desiccant Dryers

The nano EH Series Externally-Heated Twin Tower Desiccant Compressed Air Dryers provide a reliable and efficient solution for removing water vapour from compressed air systems. Engineered to achieve a consistent pressure dew point of -40°C as standard—and available with an optional upgrade to -70°C—these dryers ensure clean, dry air even in the most demanding industrial environments. Designed with energy efficiency in mind, the EH Series minimises pressure drop while maintaining dependable dew point performance. Ideal for applications that require moisture-free compressed air, the nano EH Series delivers outstanding performance with low energy consumption and cost-effective operation. For superior drying capability and efficiency, the EH Series is the trusted choice.

Features

The durable stainless steel design ensures a long service life, while nickel plating on the heater pipe protects against corrosion. The heater is housed within an insulated pipe to maximise energy efficiency, and to minimise heat loss further, insulated vessels are available as an option for -40°C dryers and come standard on the -70°C model.

Housed in a genuine IP54-rated cubicle to enhance safety and simplify cabling, the system continuously monitors all key parameters to ensure reliable and efficient installation performance.

The unit offers easy handling with a standard frame featuring forklift slots and lifting eyes, improved efficiency through wide vessels that ensure low air speed and longer contact time, and a reduced overall height thanks to integrated flanges in the top and bottom vessel shells.
