The nano modular ultra-high purity low dew point desiccant compressed air dryers are an effective solution for your most critical applications. By lowering the pressure dew point of the compressed air stream to -94°F/-70°C, it provides the ultimate protection for super critical applications such as semiconductor, electronics, and pharmaceutical manufacturing. These dryers have a modular, space-saving design that is easy to install & ready for use in spaces too small for a traditional twin tower dryer design.  Dual 1 and 0.01 micron pre-filtration and 1 micron outlet filtration , low pressure drop and consistent dew point performance are just a few of the benefits of the modular dryer system.

(1) NDL 010 to 050 have push to connect fittings on the inlet and outlet. All other models have BSPP threaded connections

(2) at an inlet conditions of 7 barg and 20°C and a -70°C outlet pressure dew point.  For all other conditions refer to the correction factors above

(3) recommended filtration: M1 & M01 grade pre filters with timer drains and a 1 micron after dust filter built into D1/D2  cartridge.
